
In the Academic Field:
- To commit to all regulations approved by the faculty, including academic regulations and examination instructions.
- To provide proper personal data and document them and update them whenever there is any change.
- To communicate with the academic advisor to solve any problem and help students to complete their portfolio.
- To attend lectures regularly.
- To attend at least 75% of the lectures according to the program’s regulation.
- To maintain faculty and university holdings, including lecture halls, seats, laboratories, appliances, workshops, and libraries.
- To commit to the university’s values, traditions, customs, regulations, and laws.
- To respect staff members, their associates, students, and employees at the faculty.
- To implement the penalty imposed on the student if it is imposed by the faculty or university.
- To fill the questionnaire to evaluate the educational process of each course, honestly and transparently.
- To commit to submitting a semi-annual report that explains what has been achieved from the research plan.
- To commit to laws and principles of intellectual property rights.
- To commit to making a portfolio as a requirement for obtaining the scientific degree.
In the Non-Academic Field:
- To keep the faculty and the university clean.
- Not to make noise or raise concerns inside the university.
- To commit to values and manners.
- To keep the university card while the student is at the university and show it to the security upon request.
- To maintain the university card from loss or damage and notify the faculty in case of changing data or losing the card.
- To maintain faculty and university’s reputation and not to offend them inside or outside the university.
