Library
The Library was founded in parallel with the Faculty’s inauguration in 1986. The library consists of a library hall for the students. It houses various types of holdings books, references, dictionaries, Atlas, Encyclopedia, listening, and theoretical taps, in addition to, compressed CDs and Videotapes concerned with the Veterinary sciences field.
Also, the Faculty includes a library for postgraduates, which consists of scientific research papers. Moreover, it has a hall that consists of two rooms; one for science courses and the other for technical formation and library procedures.
The library offers multiple internal and external services to the academic staff members, postgraduate students, and students:
- Provide the latest books, references, and theses in different veterinarian areas.
- Provide student books in all scientific departments.
- Availability of internal and external borrowing.
- Availability of reference service and reader guidance.
- Provide self-learning materials.
- Provide computer search service.
- Digital library service and search among global databases.
- Register on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.
